Hadrian, 117-138. Quinarius (Silver, 14 mm, 1.48 g, 6 h), Rome, circa late 120-121. IMP CAESAR TRAIAN HADRIANVS AVG Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Hadrian to right, seen from behind. Rev. P M TR P COS III Victory standing right, placing her right foot on helmet and inscribing shield set on palm tree. BMC -. Cohen -. King -, cf. 34 (gold quinarius). RIC pl. 9, 351 (this coin). Apparenly unique. A very interesting type previously only attested in gold. Some corrosion and with a few marks, otherwise, very fine.
